Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons grape seed oil
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
- pinch cumin seeds
- 3 tablespoons dried curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1 pound baby red potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup water
