Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 oz butter, at room temperature
- 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 Tblsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tblsp fresh dill, minced, or 1 tsp dried dill weed, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp chives
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
- 2 Tblsp minced fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Bring cheeses and butter to room temperature
Crush garlic
Mix cheeses, butter, and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
Pack into a container just large enough to hold the Boursin, and store in refrigerator.
To serve - bring back to room temperature, serve with crackers.
