Ingredients

  • fruit puree of choice ( watermelon, pineapple, mango or a combination)

  • simple syrup

  • water

Directions

. Seed and peel fruit, puree, strain out pulp . Make simple syrup by cooking equal parts of sugar and water, add two tablespoons on corn syrup for a every cup of sugar to prevent crystallization of syrup . Combine syrup, fruit puree, and water taste and adjust sweetness . Chill for several hours or overnight and serve
