- 1 lb Oreo cookies (3 sleeves)
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb milk chocolate
- 1/2 lb white chocolate

Step 1
Making Truffles
First crush Oreos by placing in food processor. After all cookies have been crushed, dump in a large bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Once all the Oreos have been crushed and placed in the bowl, add in the cream cheese and vanilla. Mix until well combined and a dough like consistency has formed. When you have reached a dough like consistency, roll into 1 inch size truffles. Place in a freezer for 15 minutes or in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Dipping the Truffles
Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate separately according to package directions. Using a bamboo skewer - push into frozen cake ball and dip into milk chocolate. Drizzle with white chocolatate. Harden off chocolate in refrigerator
