Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 8 chicken thighs
- 6 chicken breasts - split
- seasoning salt
- beau monde seasoning
- butter
- 1 C orange juice
- 3/4 C sauterne
- 3 TBL brown sugar
- 1 TBL corn starch
- 1 can crushed or sliced pineapple
- 1 can cherries
- toasted almonds

Preparation
Step 1
season well w/ laury's & beau monde
dot w/ butter
bake covered 30 min
MAKE SAUCE:
heat orange juice, sauterne & brown
sugar
blen in corn starch
add juice of pineapple & cherries
heat & keep pouring over chicken every
10 min to baste
cook 40 min
add cherries & pineapple w/ last bit of
sauce
sprinkle w/ toasted almonds when serving
