Ingredients
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened

Step 1
Melt chocolate and stir until smooth and let cool to room temperature. Put chocolate in microwave safe mixing bowl and beat in egg yolks one at a time. Blend in liqueur. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Add chocolate mixture with 1 tablespoon butter beating well, add more butter 1 tablespoon at a time beating well after each addition.
Continue beating mixture until light and fluffy, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill 4 to 5 hours.
Roll mixture into 3/4 inch balls.
Coat with desired garnish.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
