Raspberry Walnut Shortbread Bars

Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- Topping:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- Beat eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and spoon over jam, spreading lightly to edges. Bake for 20?25 min. or until top is set. Cool in pan, then cut into bars.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 9" pan. Combine above until a fine meal. Pat into pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden; cool, then spread 1/3 cup raspberry jam on top.
