Ingredients
- 1/2 C cold butter
- 1 C flour
- 3/4 C chopped pecans, divided
- 1 pgk (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 C confectioners sugar
- 1 carton (8-oz) frozen whipped topping
- thawed, divided
- 3 1/2 C milk
- 2 pkgs (3.4 or 3.5-oz each) instant
- butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix

Preparation
Step 1
in bowl, cut butter into flour until
crumbly
stir in 1/2 C pecans
press into ungreased 12x9x2" baking pan
bake @350 for 20 min or until lightly
browned
cool
in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar
until fluffy
fold in 1 C whipped topping - spread over
crust
combine milk & pudding mix until smooth
pour over cream cheese layer
refrig for 15-20 min or until set
top w/ remaining whipped topping & pecans
refrig 1-2 HRS
