Mediterranean Swordfish

Ingredients

• 12 garlic cloves
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 3 T lemon juice (I forgot to put in lemon juice)
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp sweet Spanish paprika
• 3/4 tsp,salt
• 1/2 tsp ground pepper
• 4 7 ounce swordfish steaks
• Crushed red pepper,optional (I used Aleppo pepper)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the marinade ingredients (directions say in food processor for three minutes, i whisked into a bowl), until smooth wet rub
Place swordfish steak in shallow dish rubbed with mixture and let sit a few minutes
Preheat grill, grill about 5-6 minutes each side.
