Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 jalapenos seeded and finely chopped or 114ml can of diced
- green chillies (drained)
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1/2 fresh coriander
- 4 tbsp lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil and stir for 10 minutes
Add onions and coriander and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Refrigerate 1 week
