Cream Cheese Brownie Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1 16 oz tub Duncan Hines Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Purple food coloring
  • Sprinkles to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, butter, cream cheese and egg. Stir until dough comes together. It will be very thick and sticky. (I use my hands)

Spoon rounded tablespoon size portions of dough onto baking sheet about 2" apart.

Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are set.

Allow to cool completely before frosting.

Tint frosting with purple food coloring until desired color is reached. Spread or pipe 1-2 Tbsp. frosting on each cookie.

Garnish with sprinkles if desired.
