Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
In saucepan bring sugar and water to boil. boil until sugar dissolves.
Place egg whites in bowl. Very slowly while beating them add the sugar mixture to egg whites. whip constantly untill peaks form( about 7 minutes). Beat in vanilla. spread on cake.
