Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce (brewed)
- 2 TBS light soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- Noodles:
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- 6 green onions (sliced - whites and greens separated)
- 2 pkg Bird's Eye Asian Medley)
- 1 can bean sprouts (drained)
- 1/4 cup Mirin

Preparation
Step 1
Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
Noodles:
Prepare noodles as directed for al dente.
Heat 1 TBS sesame oil in wok until sizzling hot. Add onion whites and vegetable medley. Stir fry until tender. Stir in Mirin, scraping brown bits from pan, if necessary. Stir in bean sprouts and cooked noodles. Stir in sauce, mixing well to coat all noodles. Cook until heated through.
