Ingredients
- 2 Tb butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tomato,seeded and diced
- 1 TB dried basil, crushed
- 1 TB dried oregano, crushed
- 1/8 TSP creshed red pepper
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to tast
- 6 oz dry white wine
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- assorted dippers (button mushroom, broccoli florets, cubed ham, sweet pepper strips, and pepperoni)

Step 1
In a medium pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion nd garlic cook for 6-8 mintes or until light brown. Add the tomato, basil,oregano, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add the wine, return to simmer. Add the cheeses, stir until completely melted.
