  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In blender, combine eggs, salt, and honey. Alternate adding flour and milk, blending until smooth after each addition.

Melt the butter in the oven in individual ramekins (checking frequently so it doesn't burn.)

Pour the batter over the melted butter. Return to oven and bake for around 15 minutes or until puffed and golden. Tope with fresh sweetened strawberries, sauteed cinnamon apples, or vanilla yogurt.
