Ingredients
- Filling:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Batter:
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- Fruit Sauce:
- 1 8-oz. jar current jelly or seedless raspberry jam
- 1 c. fresh strawberries
- 1 c. fresh blueberries

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13" pan.
Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the ricotta, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Batter: Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. In another bowl, blend the flour and baking powder. Add this to the butter mixture alternatively with the sour cream and the orange juice. Stir just until blended. Put half of the batter into the greased pan. Spread the filling over this batter. Cover with remaining batter. Bake 45-50 minutes or until lightly golden. Let rest 5-10 minutes.
Fruit sauce: Heat the jam or jelly in a small pan until melted. Gently stir in ht efruit and heat thoroughly.
