Ingredients
- 2/3 c. flour
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. milk

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until really smooth--about 1 minute. Using a hot griddle or skillet, lightly grease with butter or cooking spray and pour a thin layer of batter. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
