Ingredients
- 4 large or 5 medium croissants, chopped or torn
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 3 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar
- Chopped, toasted nuts

Step 1
Place torn croissants in greased 13"x9" pan. Combine cream cheese, butter, and 1/4 c. maple syrup in a food processor. Spread over the top of the croissants. Beat eggs, 1/2 c. syrup, half and half, and cinnamon until well-mixed. Pour into pan. Cover and chill overnight.
In the morning, uncover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes, until brown. To make sauce, heat 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. maple syrup in saucepan. Pour over squares of puff. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and then with nuts.
