Ingredients
- 1 Roasting Chicken or 1 package Pic of Chicken
- 2 32 oz Chicken Broth
- 1 Onion
- 1 small pkg baby carrots
- 4 to 5 Celery Stalks
- 1 box Wylers Mrs. Grass soup Mix
- 1 pkg Bear Creek Chicken soup Mix.

Step 1
Rinse chicken and remove the giblets ect, you can cut it up or cook whole if you like and take about later. You can use a stewing or fryer chicken but roasting will be tastier.
Place Chicken in soup pan with 8 to 10 cups of water, you can substitute some water for chicken broth if you like, 1 carton.
Bring to a slow simmer and remove any of the white foam that forms this is some of the fast from the chicken, once foam removed add cartos an onion cur in half and chop up the celery and add to soup mixture. Add some pepper. Cover and boil slowly for about an hour or until the chicken is cooked.
Remove chicken and set a side to cool.
Add the Bear creek soup mix and Mrs grass and cook for about 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the bone and cut or tear into bit side pieces. Add to soup mixture. If using a whole chicken you will have some chicken left over to use for something else.
If chicken soup is to thick or if you want more chicken flavor add the other cartoon of chicken broth.
