French Toast a l'Orange

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. orange liqueur
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Grated zest of one orange
- French bread

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs; then mix in everything except the bread. Dip bread in the mixture; place in 13"x9" pan. Pour remaining mix over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, remove mixture from the refrigerator approximately 30 minutes before serving. On griddle or skillet, saute bread in small amount of melted butter until golden on both sides. Serve dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with an orange slice.
