Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 T white sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Filling:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 T flour
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T vanilla
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Crust: Melt butter in 8" square pan, stir in remaining, pat to make crust bottom and sides. Set aside.
Filling: In a blender, combine filling mixture and blend till smooth. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 325 60 mins or till firm. Cool completely.
