6 OZ Cream Cheese, softened
1 Pkg (13oz) Oreo Mini Candy Cane Cookies, finely crushed
4 Pkg (4oz each) semi sweet baking chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Freeze 10 minutes. Dip balls into melted chocolate, place in single layer shallow wax paper-lined pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm, keep refrigerated.
