Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 1 T fine sea salt
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c lukewarm water

Step 1
Place flour, salt, and powder into large bowl. Whisk to mix dry ingredients.
Put oil into same bowl. Mix dough to incorporate oil. Drizzle in water - add just enough to make a ball of dough. Remove from bowl and kneed on board til smooth, ~5 mins. Test dough, if too dry add more water, if too wet add more flour. Wrap with plastic and let rest for 20-30 mins. Remove dough carefully from bowl. Portion dough and form into 2" balls. Flatten with rolling pin or tortilla press (should be about 1/8" thick). Preheat a non-stick or cast iron pan (dry). Cook til brown on both sides, ~1 min per side.
