Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 pkg (6oz) strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 20 oz frozen strawberries or 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine melted butter, pretzels, and 3 Tbsp sugar. Press over bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cold water and strawberries. Chill until partially set.
Beat 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over pretzel crust. Spoon Jell-O mixture over the top. Chill, covered, for 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
