Ingredients
- 1 pkg. 2 lb. frozen shredded potatoes
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. Grated cheddar cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Mix potatoes, cream of potato soup, and sour cream in bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into greased 9X12 pan. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 1& 1/2 hrs. Keep covered for first hour.
