- 8 ounces baby-cut carrots
- 1 pound baby red potatoes, cut in half
- 1 small onion, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Family Pack Beef Roast Au Jus Entree

Preparation
Step 1
1) In microwave-safe casserole, combine carrots, potatoes, onion and water; cover. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 6 minutes.
2) Add beef roast and all juices to vegetables. Cover casserole; microwave 5 minutes.
