Ingredients
- Meat sauce
- 3 lbs. Hamburger
- 2 large cans of diced tomatoes
- 2-3 tsp salt
- 1 13oz. can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 4-5 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 can parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 blocks red cheese
- 1 1/2 blocks mozzarella
- 3 eggs
- Cottage cheese layer
- 10 oz. dry cottage cheese
- Baked noodles (or oven ready noodles)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger, add all sauce ingredients, let simmer and after 20 minutes add the parmesan cheese.
Mix dry cottage cheese with eggs and 1/2 of shredded red cheese.

thin layer of meat sauce
noodles
cottage cheese mixture
noodles
remaining meat sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese and remaining red cheese and parmesan
Bake @ 350* for 30 minutes
If frozen cook for 1 hour and cover with foil
