- Topping:
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c butter or margarine (1 stick)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c Karo syrup (light)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c butter
- 1/2 c pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook sweet potatoes. Mash and add eggs, butter, sugar, syrup and vanilla. Mix together. Put in casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Spread over potatoes and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
