- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup min choc chips
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut flakes (michelle uses 1/2)

Step 1
In large bowl mix honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flax-seed, oatmeal and vanilla until well-blended
Pour coconut flakes into a small bowl
shape honey mixture into balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and roll in coconut flakes.
Chill until firm. Serve.
