Ingredients
- 1 Large red onion, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb white meat ground turkey
- 1 12oz bottle chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 2 tsp rice vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
In a nonstick pan, cook onion, pepper, and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes. Set aside in a bowl. Put turkey in a pan, crumble into chunks, and cook until no longer pink. Return vegetables to pan, add remaining ingredients except vinegar, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add vinegar and serve over split rolls.
