Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 cups flour
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups butter, softened
- 4 whole eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Glaze:
- Zest of lemon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Crumble together flour, ¾ c. powdered sugar and butter. Put back 1 c. crumbled mixture. Press the remaining mixture into a 9” x 13” ungreased pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
For the filling, mix the following ingredients. Pour filling into warm crust, top with remaining crumbled mixture and bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely
Combine the following sugar and enough lemon juice for glaze (thin consistency). Spread glaze over cooled bars.
