  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
