Salmon Marinade and Dipping Sauce

I double this recipe -- marinade the salmon. The second batch is used when serving -- it makes a great dressing when the salmon is placed on a bed of greens.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 3 tbsp. soy sauce
• 6 tbsp. olive oil
• 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
