Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chopped OR shredded cooked chicken OR turkey breast meat
- 4 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 2 tablespoons shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
- 8 scoop-shaped tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, salsa and cheese; toss to blend. Spoon mixture into 2 individual containers; cover tightly. Pack with tortilla chips to use as scoops for the salad.
