Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon supreme cake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup crisco oil (only) (little less than 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup apricot nectar juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Icing
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (or more)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix on medium speed for 2 or more minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 10" tube pan.
Icing
Mix well and pour over cake while hot in pan and leave a few minutes. Pour out cake and poua a little more icing on top.
