Chicken n Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients
- 2/3 c mayonnaise
- ¼ c milk
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 c cooked chicken
- 3 c cooked wild rice( I used instant ,but I wouldn’t use that again.)
- 1/3 c green onion, chopped
- 8 oz water chestnuts, sliced & drained
- ½ t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 c red grapes, cut in half
- 1 c salted cashews

Preparation
Step 1
Blend mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and set aside.
Combine chicken, wild rice, green onion, water chestnuts and salt and pepper.
Stir in mayonnaise mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Fold in grapes and cashews.(right before serving….they get soggy!)
