Ingredients
- Note: for crust, line spring form pan with ladyfingers (make sure ladyfingers are lined up closely to each other in spring form pan.
- 1 Tbl. instant coffee
- 4 eggs seperated
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cups sugar (do not have to use it all
- 12 oz. semi-sweek chocolate
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add coffee and boiling water to sauce pan. Bring to boil, then add 1/2 cup sugar to mixture. Stir until it dissolves. Lower heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add the 4 egg yolks to the coffee/chocolate mixture, then cool completely.
3. Whip egg whites until stiff.
4. Whip cream until it hold its shape
5. In large bowl, blen cooled chocolate mixture, beatened cream and beatened egg whites.
6. Pour into springform pan and freeze.
