Til ki burfi is a delightful combination of sesame seeds, soft khoya & sugar.

Ingredients
- 400 gm til (sesame seeds)
- 200 gm khoya
- 400 gm sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 11/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp coconut powder for garnishing

Preparation
Step 1
1. Take a pan, roast til lightly on low heat. As soon as they puff up, turn off the heat.
2. Cool down the sesame seeds. Grind it coarsely.
3. Now roast the khoya, stir constantly & make sure that it does not brown.
Keep it aside.
4. Mix sugar & water, make sugar syrup of 2 wire consistency.
5. Now add sesame powder, khoya, cardamom powder to sugar syrup. Cook on
slow heat while constantly stirring.
6. The whole mixture will start coming together & bind.Turn off the heat.
7. Grease a tray with ghee, pour mixture on tray.
8. Spread it evenly, garnish with coconut powder, let it cool for some
time.
9. Cut the burfi in desired shape.
10. Til ki burfi is ready for Makar Sankranti.
