- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 3 cups confectioner's sugar or more as needed
1. Stir warm water, corn syrup and extract together.Place confectioner's sugar in a large bowl, add liquid ingredients. Beat with a electric mixer on low speed until icing is smooth.
2. Store in a lidded container for up to one week;stir thoroughly before using
NOTE: Icing can be use for Gingerbread men to decorate or used to dunk cookies in to glaze
