Ingredients

  • 1/4

    cup warm water

  • 1

    tbsp light corn syrup

  • 1/4

    tsp vanilla or almond extract

  • 3

    cups confectioner's sugar or more as needed

Directions

1. Stir warm water, corn syrup and extract together.Place confectioner's sugar in a large bowl, add liquid ingredients. Beat with a electric mixer on low speed until icing is smooth. 2. Store in a lidded container for up to one week;stir thoroughly before using NOTE: Icing can be use for Gingerbread men to decorate or used to dunk cookies in to glaze
