Chocolate Milkshake Smoothie
We keep tweaking this recipe and it keeps getting better and better! We love it! We refer to it as our dessert smoothie. It is a super healthy treat! Makes 3, 16 oz. servings.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup raw cocoa
- 4-6 raw cocoa nibs (optional, just adds a bit of intensity to the chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 3 handfuls spinach
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1.5 T organic peanut butter
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 3 cups ice

Step 1
Using a high speed blender, like a Vitamix, blend first 8 ingredients until smooth. Add frozen banana and ice and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve.
