Ingredients
- 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (6-oz.) can chicken, drained
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- Toothpicks
- Plastic wrap or aluminum foil

Preparation
Step 1
Place tortillas on a flat surface.
In a small mixing bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, apricot preserves, raisins and chopped green onion; place an equal amount of mixture on each tortilla.
Roll tortillas and filling up and secure with toothpicks.
Place each wrap, seam side down, on plastic wrap or aluminum foil and seal; refrigerate overnight or until ready to serve for lunch.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with apple and cheddar cheese slices.
