Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
- 2/3 cup of light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 4 drops of vinegar
- 1/3 cup of cream

Step 1
Combine the brown sugar, corn syrup and butter and cook slowly to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add vinegar and stir thoroughly. Slowly add cream, stir constantly. Serve hot or cold.
