Ingredients
- 4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press into a greased 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
Store in tightly sealed bags/containers for up to two weeks. For longer storage, seal in freezer bags until ready to use. To thaw, pull out desired number of bars and thaw at room temperature overnight.
