Ingredients

  • 2 6 1/2 ounce cans (Sea Fare) jumbo
  • crab meat
  • 8 ounces of shredded Monterrey Jack
  • cheese
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • softened
  • 3 green onions white and green parts
  • chopped
  • 2/3 to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tea. minced fresh garlic
  • 1 teas. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 teas. of Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teas. paprika, Old Bay seasoning, or seafood seasoning of choice.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

2. Mix together the crabmeat, Monterrey
Jack Cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise,
garlic, worcestershire sauce,Sriracha hot sauce and salt in a bowl.

3. Pour into a 3 cup pretty casserole
dish and sprinkle evenly with the seafood seasoning on top.

4. Bake in a preheated oven until the dip is hot and bubbly on the sides and
the top is golden brown. About 15 to
20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. A great party dip.
