Ingredients
- 2 Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and coursely chopped
- 1 Package 10 oz. Spinach thawed and well drained
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 3 oz. Parmesan
- 3 oz. Moz. Or Swiss Cheese
- 1 Tomato (seeded)

Preparation
Step 1
Place Artichokes in Medium mixing bowl
Add Spinach, Sour Cream & Mayonnaise
Press Garlic clove into mixture
Add Parmesan & Mozzarella or Swiss
Bake 25 minutes at 375
Top with fresh chopped tomato...sprinkle with an extra handful of parm for extra YUM.
