Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine first nine ingredients (1/2 cup water to shrimp) and let sit for about 10 minutes. While shrimp is marinating on countertop, prep baking sheet by laying out 4 eighteen long strips of aluminum foil. Break apart noodles and divide dry noodles pieces equally between strips of aluminum foil. Discard seasoning packets that came with noodles. Pull up all four sides of each piece of aluminum foil to form a bowl. Fold and seal sides to prevent leakage. Spoon equal amounts of shrimp mixture on top of noodles. Add 1/4 cup water to each foil bowl and seal completely. Place foil packets on baking sheet and place in oven for about 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and noodles are tender. Carefully open foil packets and pour contents of each packet into bowl.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with baked frozen wontons.
