Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 (14 oz) can low sodium beef broth
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl combine sour cream and tarragon. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions. Add broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set aside to serving platter and keep warm. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat cook ground beef, onions and garlic until beef is cooked through and onions are translucent. Drain off excess fat. Add flour, broth, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce to skillet. Bring to a low boil and continue to stir until sauce is smooth. Remove skillet from heat, add sour cream mixture to ground beef mixture. Stir well to combine and immediately pour beef mixture over noodles and broccoli. Toss to combine and enjoy.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with a large salad and a loaf of crusty French bread.
