Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup ketchup, divided
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease meatloaf pan. In a large mixing bowl combine first turkey, bread crumbs, onion, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through. While meatloaf is cooking, prepare tomato gravy by melting butter in saucepan and stirring in flour to make a paste. Stir for about a minute, before adding diced tomatoes, remaining ketchup and water. Bring to a low boil and let simmer for about 3-5 minutes or until gravy has thickened.
Serving Suggestions: Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Baby Beans and Carrots (Birds Eye is good).
