Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas and carrots, divided
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna packed in water
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large ovenproof skillet, combine Alfredo sauce, half of the peas and carrots, the mushrooms, lemon juice and tarragon; bring to a low boil. Add tuna; cook and stir until heated through. In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, milk and 1/8 cup of the cheese until dough is slightly stiff; drop by the spoonful on top of tuna mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown and cheese has melted.
Serving Suggestions: Heat remaining peas and carrots. Serve with sliced apples. If desired top apples with some of the shredded cheddar cheese from package. Broil until cheese is melted.
