Ingredients
- Brownie Bottom:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cheesecake:
- 3 pkgs cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vailla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1
preheat oven to 350.
Brownie Bottom: Melt butter and chocolate in suacepan over low heat, cool. Add sugar and eggs 1 at a time, mix until blended. Blend in vanilla. Stir in flour and salt mixing just until blended. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 3 inch springform pan, spreading evenly. bake for 25 minutes.
Cheesecake: beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing until just blended. Blend in sour cream, pour over brownie bottom. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
